For businesses people book, visit or call

Someone just searched for what you do. Were you there?

People decide who to book about four minutes after they search. If you weren't in the top three, that one went next door — and it'll keep going next door until somebody fixes it.

Who this is for

If people come to you, we speak your language.

Venues, dining, cafes and bars. Spas, salons, clinics and cosmetic. Trades and home services. Tours, studios, gyms and days out. Retail with a door. Accountants, brokers and anyone else who lives on enquiries.

Not on that list? Still get in touch. Good marketing is good marketing, and the list is there to prove we understand the job — not to decide who we'll help.

Sound familiar?

The five things we find nearly every time.

These come up in almost every local business we look at. Each one is a customer who had already decided to come to you, handed to somebody else.

01

A competitor is bidding on your business name

Google yourself. If somebody else's ad sits above your own listing, they're paying to intercept people who'd already chosen you. It's legal, it's cheap, and it's cheap to defend against — but only if someone's watching for it.

02

Hundreds of great reviews and still not in the top three

Reviews are only part of what decides local ranking. Profile completeness, categories, photos, posting and review recency all count, and most businesses set theirs up once and never went back.

03

There's a database of past customers nobody emails

Thousands of people who've already paid you and already liked it. For most local businesses this is the single biggest untouched pile of revenue in the place, and reaching them costs almost nothing.

04

The booking or enquiry journey leaks

Too many clicks between the ad and a confirmed appointment, booking that fights you on a phone, enquiries answered the next day. You pay for the click and lose it in the last thirty seconds.

05

The marketing doesn't look like the actual place

Walking in feels great. The ads, the feed and the site don't. That gap is a brand problem, it's the cheapest one on this list to fix, and it's the one that makes everything else work harder.

What's in it

Five things, done properly.

Not a channel. The whole lot, under one fixed monthly fee, run by the person who actually does the work.

Paid ads

Google Search and Local plus Meta. Campaigns that fill bookings and quiet weekdays without blowing the budget.

Email & SMS

Rebooking, reactivation, birthdays and post-visit. The database you already have, finally earning something.

Social media

Feeds that capture what it actually feels like to be there. Content, community and calendars that stay full.

Content

Photo, video and copy that bottle the feeling of walking through your door. None of the boring stock-photo stuff.

Web & local

Booking journeys that don't fight people, campaign landing pages, and your Google profile and reviews properly run.

Brand

Positioning and story, so all of the above says the same thing — and it's the same thing people feel when they turn up. Usually where the real problem is.

Where we start

The growth audit.

Everyone starts the same way. Seven days, fifteen checks, one roadmap. $750 — and it comes straight off your first month if you go ahead.

What we look at

  • The booking or enquiry journey, click by click
  • Google Business Profile: completeness, photos, review velocity
  • Local search visibility for the terms that actually convert
  • Whether anyone's bidding on your name — including you
  • Google Ads structure, wasted spend and missed terms
  • Meta structure and creative freshness
  • Database size, and whether it's used at all
  • Rebooking and reactivation for customers who drifted
  • Vouchers, packages and prepaid as a revenue line
  • Enquiry response time and how leads get handled
  • Website conversion and mobile friction
  • Brand consistency between the place and the marketing
  • Social: cadence, and whether it looks like the real thing
  • Reviews and rating against your three closest competitors
  • Whether bookings and calls are tracked at all

What you get back

  • Every finding with a number on it and a plain-English reason it matters
  • A 90-day roadmap, month by month, with named campaigns and review points
  • A revenue model from your numbers, showing what the roadmap is worth if we run it
  • A 45-minute presentation where we walk it and you push back
  • It's yours either way. If you take it to another agency, take it to another agency.

Seven days from access to roadmap. We need read-only access to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta and whatever your booking system reports. That's it.

How it works

Three steps, no pitch deck.

1

The chat

30 minutes. We share our screen, run the searches a customer would run, and look at your profile and ads live. You'll see two or three specific problems before you've paid us anything.

2

The audit & roadmap

$750. Seven days later you get the full audit and a 90-day plan with the numbers attached, presented live.

Credited in full to your first month if you go ahead.

3

We run it

$3,800 a month including GST. Brand, social, ads, web, content and reporting. Three months to start, then month to month.

We run it. We don't send you advice about running it.

Who you're dealing with

Small studio, twenty years of scar tissue.

lemonlolly is a small Adelaide studio. That's deliberate — there's no account manager between you and the person doing the work, and nothing gets handed to a junior once the contract's signed.

Temple Day Spa

“The team at lemonlolly have been our go-to for the last three years. They've transformed our business and skyrocketed our brand.”

Sharon Templeton — Temple Day Spa

A premium day spa with a strong local reputation, a big customer database that wasn't being used, and paid campaigns that weren't connected to how people actually book. Ask about it on the call.

What that means for you

  • Twenty years doing this, across brand, paid, email and web. You get that directly.
  • One fixed fee. $3,800 a month including GST. No hourly creep, no surprise scopes.
  • No lock-in contracts. Three months to start, then month to month.
  • We measure bookings, not impressions. Reach isn't a result.
  • Straight talk. If the audit says you're already doing fine, we'll tell you that and not sell you a retainer.
What it costs

Two numbers, both of them plain.

Questions

The things people ask.

Why charge for the audit when everyone else does it free?

Because a free audit is a sales call with a spreadsheet attached, and both sides know it. Charging means we spend seven days on it instead of an afternoon, and you get a document worth keeping. It also means we're not trying to win you in a single call, which makes the whole conversation better.

And it costs you nothing if you go ahead — the $750 comes straight off your first month.

We're not a spa or a clinic. Do you only do those?

No. We work with anyone whose customer books them, visits them or calls them — venues, dining, trades, tours, studios, retail, professional services. And if you're none of those, still get in touch. Good marketing is good marketing.

We already have someone doing our socials.

Then keep them, and we'll work around it — or take it over, whichever makes more sense. Social is part of the retainer but it isn't compulsory. We'd rather put the hours where they'll do the most good for you.

How long have you been going?

The studio is new. The experience isn't — twenty years across brand, paid, email and web. You'll get a free call and a paid audit before you commit to anything, so you can judge the thinking rather than take our word for it.

Am I locked into a contract?

Three months to start, because local search and rebooking can't be fairly judged in less. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

Do you work outside Adelaide?

Yes. We're Adelaide based and work with businesses across Australia. It runs over video and shared dashboards, and local search work doesn't need us to be down the road.

What if the audit says we're already doing fine?

Then we'll say so, you'll have a document confirming it, and we won't try to sell you a retainer. It's happened. We'd rather lose a deal than take money for work that won't move the number.

Next step

Let's make something sweet.

Pick a time that suits. We'll run the searches and look at your profile beforehand so we turn up already knowing something, then spend most of the half hour showing you rather than telling you.
