For Australian ecommerce brands

Your email should be 30% of revenue. What is it?

Most online brands we look at have email sitting under 15% while they pour money into ads. We find the gap, put a number on it, and hand you a 90-day plan to close it. Then we do the work.

Sound familiar?

The five things we find nearly every time.

These aren't hypotheticals. They're what comes up in almost every ecommerce account we open, and every one of them is money you already earned and then dropped.

01

Your flows were set up once and never touched

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback. Most brands have two or three of them, built at launch, still sending the same email eighteen months later.

02

Ad spend keeps climbing and ROAS keeps sliding

Not because the platform broke. Because there isn't enough creative going in, the account structure is fighting itself, and nobody's doing anything with customers after the first purchase.

03

The brand looks like three different companies

The ads, the site and the packaging don't feel like the same thing. It's the cheapest fix on this list and the one nobody gets to, because it isn't urgent until you notice it's costing you.

04

You're on a platform that's holding you back

Or you're mid-migration and it's been "nearly done" for four months. Either way it's quietly capping conversion while everything else gets blamed for it.

05

Nobody can tell you what any of it earns

Attribution's broken, the platforms disagree with each other, and the monthly report is a screenshot of a dashboard. So decisions get made on instinct.

What's in it

Five things, done properly.

Not a channel. The whole lot, under one fixed monthly fee, run by the person who actually does the work.

Paid ads

Meta and Google — Search, Shopping and Performance Max. Built to scale without quietly eating your margin.

Email & SMS

The full flow suite, campaigns that don't feel like spam, and deliverability actually managed rather than assumed.

Social media

Feeds that look like your brand and calendars that stay full. Content, community, the lot.

Content

Photo, video and copy made for the channels it runs on. None of the boring stock-photo stuff.

Web

Landing pages, conversion work, and full builds or replatforms when the site is the thing in the way.

Brand

Positioning and story, so all of the above says the same thing. This is usually where the real problem is hiding.

On platforms: we don't care which one you're on. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, custom, or a marketplace you want off. If the platform is genuinely holding you back we'll say so and we'll move you — then run everything afterwards. Most agencies can only do the second half of that.

Where we start

The growth audit.

Every brand starts the same way. Seven days, fifteen checks, one roadmap. $750 — and it comes straight off your first month if you go ahead.

What we look at

  • Email deliverability and list health
  • Every flow: live, missing, or quietly broken
  • Email revenue as a share of total — your headline number
  • Campaign frequency and segmentation
  • Meta structure, creative volume and refresh rate
  • Meta ROAS and CPA against your category
  • Google: brand vs non-brand, Shopping feed health
  • Product page and cart conversion
  • Mobile speed on your top three pages
  • Platform fit — is your build costing you sales
  • Brand consistency across site, ads, email, packaging
  • Social: cadence, quality, and what it's actually for
  • Whether you've got enough content to run ads properly
  • Reviews and post-purchase capture
  • Whether any of it is tracked correctly

What you get back

  • Every finding with a number on it and a plain-English reason it matters
  • A 90-day roadmap, month by month, with named campaigns and review points
  • A revenue model from your numbers, showing what the roadmap is worth if we run it
  • A 45-minute presentation where we walk it and you push back
  • It's yours either way. If you take it to another agency, take it to another agency.

Seven days from access to roadmap. We need read-only access to your email platform, Meta, Google Ads and store analytics. That's it.

How it works

Three steps, no pitch deck.

1

The chat

30 minutes. We share our screen and go through your accounts live, and we'll name two or three specific problems before you've paid us anything.

You'll get something out of it even if it goes nowhere.

2

The audit & roadmap

$750. Seven days later you get the full audit and a 90-day plan with the numbers attached, presented live.

Credited in full to your first month if you go ahead.

3

We run it

$3,800 a month including GST. Brand, social, ads, web, content and reporting. Three months to start, then month to month.

We run it. We don't send you advice about running it.

Who you're dealing with

Small studio, twenty years of scar tissue.

lemonlolly is a small Adelaide studio. That's deliberate — there's no account manager between you and the person doing the work, and nothing gets handed to a junior once the contract's signed.

What that actually means

  • Twenty years doing this, across brand, paid, email and web. You get that directly.
  • One fixed fee. $3,800 a month including GST. No hourly creep, no surprise scopes.
  • No lock-in contracts. Three months to start, then month to month. If it isn't working you should be able to leave.
  • You see the thinking before you commit. A free call, then a paid audit, then a retainer. Not many agencies let you check them that thoroughly first.
  • Straight talk. If the audit says you're already doing fine, we'll tell you that and not sell you a retainer.

From a client

“The team at lemonlolly have been our go-to for the last three years. They've transformed our business and skyrocketed our brand.”

Sharon Templeton — Temple Day Spa

Not an ecommerce brand, and we'd rather show you a real one than a made-up one. Ask on the call and we'll walk you through the ecommerce work in detail, including the parts that were hard.

What it costs

Two numbers, both of them plain.

The growth audit

$750

Full audit, 90-day roadmap, live presentation

Credited to your first month

Ecommerce growth

$3,800/mo

Including GST. Three months, then month to month.

Meta & Google to $50k combined spend · email and SMS, up to 8 campaigns and the full flow suite · managed social, 12 posts a month · 10 creative assets a month · landing pages and ongoing conversion work · brand and messaging kept consistent · monthly dashboard and a strategy call.

Ad spend is separate and paid by you straight to the platforms. Full site builds and replatforming, photo and video shoots, full brand identity projects and influencer work are quoted separately.

Questions

The things people ask.

Why charge for the audit when everyone else does it free?

Because a free audit is a sales call with a spreadsheet attached, and both sides know it. Charging means we spend seven days on it instead of an afternoon, and you get a document worth keeping. It also means we're not trying to win you in a single call, which makes the whole conversation better.

And it costs you nothing if you go ahead — the $750 comes straight off your first month.

What size brand does this work for?

Roughly $30,000 to $300,000 a month. Below that the retainer is hard to justify and you're better off with a freelancer — tell us and we'll point you at one. Above that you probably need more than one person on the account, and we'll say so rather than take the money.

We're not on Shopify. Is that a problem?

No. We work across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, custom builds and marketplaces. If your platform is genuinely holding you back we'll tell you and we can move you — we build sites too. If it isn't, we'll leave it alone and spend the money somewhere it matters.

How long have you been going?

The studio is new. The experience isn't — twenty years across brand, paid, email and web. You'll get a free call and a paid audit before you commit to anything, so you can judge the thinking rather than take our word for it.

Am I locked into a contract?

Three months to start, because nothing in email or paid can be fairly judged in less. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

Do you work with brands outside Adelaide?

Yes. We're Adelaide based and most of our clients are elsewhere. It all runs over video and shared dashboards.

What if the audit says we're already doing fine?

Then we'll say so, you'll have a document confirming it, and we won't try to sell you a retainer. It's happened. We'd rather lose a deal than take money for work that won't move the number.

Next step

Let's make something sweet.

Pick a time that suits. We'll have a look at your accounts beforehand so we turn up already knowing something, then spend most of the half hour inside them rather than talking about ourselves.
